PAY BILLS ONLINE

We make it easy to pay your medical bill safely and securely through our website. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards. If you are unable to make a full payment at this time, you can also set up an interest-free monthly payment plan.

COST ESTIMATOR

The Personal Expense Estimator helps prepare you for the out-of-pocket expenses you may incur while receiving treatment at one of our hospitals. Please note: Physician fees (such as Radiologist and Anesthesiologist fees) are not included in this estimate and will be billed separately.

SUBMIT AN INSURANCE CLAIM

If you have medical insurance, we can help you by submitting your insurance claim on your behalf. To start your insurance claim, please choose your type of insurance provider from the list below, and complete the appropriate form.

 

PRE-REGISTRATION FOR MATERNITY AND SURGICAL PROCEDURES

Save time when you arrive at the hospital for scheduled surgery or the birth of you child. Please submit this online information at least four business days prior to your scheduled visit, or six weeks prior to your expected delivery date. This allows us adequate time to verify and pre-certify your insurance (if applicable).

We are currently piloting this program at a few of our locations. We hope to extended this service to all of our locations soon!

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

Appointment requests can be made online. Forms will be sent to a registrar at our facilities who will call you back within one business day to confirm a date and time with you. Our Registrars receive Internet inquiries and will place phone calls between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
